|Recommended: YesParking For Residence — Parkway Loft Management should consider providing parking for residents either free of charge or at a nominal fee. Currently, the parking charges are significantly high, especially when compared to those typically afforded by students.

Our parking rate of $75 per month is designed to be as accessible as possible while remaining significantly lower than parking fees at Brock University and other nearby options. With only 159 spots available for our 500+ students, we must ensure the rate reflects the limited supply and helps us maintain the property and parking facilities for all residents. This rate additionally helps cover the cost of essential services such as snow removal and parking lot maintenance, ensuring the area remains safe and well-maintained for all residents.
