  • The Resident agrees that animals of any kind (including, but not limited to mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, and insects) are strictly prohibited. Reasonable accommodation requests will be reviewed by the Landlord and will not be unreasonably denied. Service animals and emotional support animals must be registered in advance of lease commencement. If approved, the Resident is responsible to care for and accept any and all damages caused by the pet. If all residents in the unit are not comfortable with the pet, then it cannot be maintained in the common-use area.

  • The Suite is designated as a SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Suite, grounds, common areas, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, rooftops, and balconies and within 9 meters (30 feet) of the building entrances. Upon discovery of smoking within these areas, the Tenant shall be invoiced for cleaning charges. Continued violations of smoking rules are grounds for termination of this lease.
